The laser optical section consists of solid-state and semiconductor laser technology to deliver red, green and blue laser light. Our laser repair process brings the laser unit to “like new” condition. The entire optical section is evaluated, reconditioned and individual lasers are replaced if necessary. All Laser Repairs Go Through a 10 Point Diagnostic
- Clean unit externally.
- Inspect wiring and components for damage; replace if needed.
- Failure diagnosis.
- Replace damaged lasers.
- Inspect and clean optical path.
- Inspect alignment of all components (AOM’s, mirrors, lenses, and sensors).
- Check operation of polygon/spinning mirror.
- Inspect and adjust anti-dust shutter.
- Test print 100 photographs on Fuji machine to check for alignment & quality
- Record all operational data for traceability.
